This is being asked for a friend of mine who wants to take clen for fat loss. At say 100mcg a day....should he split it up or take all at once? If all at once...when should he take it? Thanks in advance.

clen does have a long half life. i believe its around 34 hours but it is recommended however to split the dosages up in to at least 2 doses and take the last dose no later then 4 oclock
