1st time cycle, what do you think?

This is my first post here. I've been checking out this sight for about a month now and am very impressed with the amount of knowledge in here. So I have a first cycle question. First off I'm 30 yrs old, 6' 2" tall at 196 lbs. My body fat is at 13.6% and I workout 5 days a week with 3 days cardio. Here's the plan, it's a little modified from alot of the ones i've seen so tell me if this looks good.

2.20mg dbol
3.20mg dbol
4.20mg dbol
5.20mg dbol deca 200
6.20mg dbol deca 300
7. deca 400
8. deca 400
9. deca 400
10. deca 300
11. deca 200
12. deca 200
This will then be followed by clomid I'll be starting this next week if my source turns out "ok"

Don't bother waiting to start the deca. Start it week one, and personally i wouldn't go over 5 weeks of dbol, perferably keep it to 4 weeks and just up the doses to 30mg ED. Also no need to pyramid the deca. If that's all the deca you got, you can run it 300mg for 8 weeks, but 400mg would be ideal. Clomid 3 weeks after last shot of deca. Good luck bro...

If I where you, I would think of replacing the deca with some sort of test. Just an idea.
And like mex said you don’t want to do the d-bol longer the 4 weeks I like to hit it hard and fast.

sounds good, I'll do the dbol @ 30 and start the deca at 400 the same time. What kind of gains should I expect to get?

run d-bol 30 mg/day week 1-4
deca 400mg weeks 1-10
add test 400 mg weeks 1-10
clomid starts 3 weeks after last shot

no one can predict gains without seeing you and your training and diet
but they should be very noticable

remember start clomid 3 weeks after last deca injection as it take that long to get out of system
