I'm starting my first Cycle and I need some help Do I Start both of them the first time? do i keep em apart? with the cyp will I lose everything?, how much can i Gain?? with that specific gear?? I need help fellow juice heads....,,

I'm 5'7 185lbs 6% Bodyfat
Bench 315* 6
Squat 500 lbs * 12

The CYP Is 250mg a week probably 500 in week 5 or 6 ???
and DECA QV 300 mg a week how do i properly cycle these puppies?????

You are in week 5-6 of your cycle(Cyp only so far)?Is that correct?

i think he means 250mg 1-4 week and up to 500mg 5or6 week??
