    Clen anti catabolic Q

    How much more of my gains will I keep by using anticatabolics? and is clen the most anticatabolic?

    How much you keep is more dependent in what you took in the first place. IE juice that bloats you will go away more than something that gives quality muscle gains.....Obviously diet, etc, is also a big factor. Clen is said to have anti-cat properties, but it is mostly a cutting agent. The best way to keep gains is proper pct and getting your natural production back asap. Some people bridge with low dose test, but I don't recommend that.

    Clen is a fat burner with some degree of anti-catabolic activity yes but i wouldn't class it as an anti-catabolic drug. Test is the best 'anti-catabolic' so getting your naturals levels up quickly post cycle with an aggressive PCT is, IMO, the key to retaining close to 100% of your muscle gains.

    Is Tribex useful at all during PCT to up test levels or is it just bunk?
