Football/Rugby training on cycle...any dangers?
G'day everyone
Im wondering if l am putting my-self at any sort of risks by cycleing while doing pre season trining ( 1.5 hr heavy cardio 3 times a week ) ? What is catabolic ? Ive already been doing some very heavy cardio sessions (boxing) and have been lifting 4 days for the last 4 months in preparation for this season.Im feeling strong and fit and cant wait to start my second cycle.
