what i meant was the progesterone that deca forms. progesterone is very similar to estrogen, except tomoxifen wont block it. also, i read that deca itself has estrogenic properties. such that 100 mgs of deca has the same effect as 60 mgs of estrogen, and since this binds at the androgen receptor you cant block it.

Surgery definitely would be his best choice if he can afford it or if his insurance pays for it. Trying to get rid of bitch tits like these with AI's/anti e's or a combination would also not be very healthy as he has to take mega doses for a long period, and it's almost guaranteed they won't go away with that.

Surgery would be safer, quicker and guaranteed total removal.
