Exclamation I there any help for me?

Help, help, help...Holla if you hear me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a lot of junk in my trunk, that I need to get rid of but I need your help....calling all stars( shining bright, you can be always seen). I'm a newbie that weighs 245 lbs. I shape up fast up top but from the waist and below it is a HOT mess.

If I need to prove my self so I can get the help let me know. Hey I walked through hell with gasoline draws( excuse me underwear), I have had two weight-loss surgeries to lose weight and they didn't work.....hey you got to give me a A for effort. So I'm sharing my heart...I want help.

I have tried tamoxifen (sp? but I didn't what the heck I was doing) then tried the ECA stacks, and got used to it after a while I would love to try a cycle that will shed the fat, and put on the lean muscle I have dreamed about. I tired of looking in the magazines and wishing that ripped hot sexy bod was mine. Now I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is...and sweat all the way to glory till I get the REAl Jlo Booty....now I would really blow my own whistle to compete. I know it took my 30+ years to get it on but I will work like hell to get it off, but I need your help.

Can I ask what type of surgeries they were? Lipo I'm assuming but at that weight I wouldnt see a reason for Lipo. I have worked with plenty women your weight and after some knowledge and dedication you can loss all the fat you want. They certainly did.
Obviously this will be a learning experience so I wont ask why and who told you to take Tamoxifen . Unless you have/had breast cancer b/c that's what it's prescribed for in women. In that case I apologize............

Check out the diet forum on this board. Plenty of info on diets and ideas to get your wheels turning. I know that your main question was on a cycle but a cycle will do absolutely nothing if you dont have your diet and training under control.

Do you go to the gym? What's your routine like?

This board is a one stop for everone. You can check out diets and workout routines then look into a cycle. Nothing will burn that fat more then Muscle. So get in the gym and start burning some calories!!!!

thanks for asking. I had the gastric bypass and then the lap band around my already small remainder stomach.

I work out hard I do 45-60 minutes of interval training( haul _ _ _ for 1-2 minutes and then recover for 30 -120 seconds) on treadmil or elliptical 5 days a week and I life one body part a day for 1.5 hour -2 hours a day I split the workout out up into two segments Am & Pm.

But because I have had a life of yo yo dieting and working out that it is hard for anything to come off. When I used tamoxifien(sp?) and a ECA stack I did real good I had lost 100 lbs in 10 months but I did'nt really know what I was doing, and I crahsed and burned from not knowing about cycling, and post cycling....needless to say..I must start the right way to get what I want....."I want to see my booty, and my other body parts that I haven't seen since????????

i worked with someone for over a year that came to me several months after gastric bypass surgery. She lost over 100lbs. in the initial year. Then lost another 40lbs. in about 4 months. She went from 250 to about 110 in a year and a half.

I noticed that you said the surgery didnt work . How can that be if your stomach is so much smaller and you can only eat so much. She had a dietician that had her snacks limited to a slice of cheese. We all have a maintenece caloric intake and if you're eating a third of that its going to result in weight loss. After that particular surgery you're going to lose weight thats a fact. The reason you lost 100lbs. in 10 months was related to that surgery so why do you say it didnt work? So you weighed 345 and now 245?

If you don't feel comfortable talking over the net like this feel free to PM me. I still talk to my client and can ask her for some advice. After working with her for over a year I know exactly what you're going through. Hit the whore thread and get those PM's up, LOL...........

I had the gastric bypass in 1994. I lost only 150 lbs I weighed in at 350. No what I forgot to tell you is that I had two pregnancies back to back, and after that I could not lose another pound. Which left me at 298 and after some lifestyle changes I constantly stay at 245, but not lower than 240. I have went to every specialist in the country and no one has the answer why things didn'tt work for me. I adhere to a logging all my meals and drinking 2-3 liters a water day. The only thing that has every worked for me is working out and eating clean, so I'm coming back to what worked for me, never to leave it again....I can tell the world now there is no quick fix to anything...you got to pay for everything you get and everything you get you pay for....nothing in life is free!!!

I have no problem discussing the issue about my weight I rather talk about and confront my demons head on not hide and make excuses.

When I said to rack up some posts I didnt mean to post the same comment twice, LOL. Just kidding of course.

You stated that the only thing that worked for you in the past was working out and eating clean. That right there are the basic fundamentals to all of this. No one should ever consider running any type of gear before knowing those fundamentals thouroughly. I wouldn't say your weight loss was a failure, you lost 150lbs. It would have taken you a very long time to lose that weight naturally.

I'm curious to see what your diet looks like after that surgery. I'm sure your stomach stretched slightly but did it enough to be able to consume lets say 1200 calories a day?

The best thign for you right now is to hit the working out and dieting forums. Search the net for some good info on diets and stick to something that works for you. Get in the gym 3-4X a week if possible doing both resistance training and cardio. With diet, training, and cardio under your belt you should have no problem whatsoever losing weight and achieving your ultimate goal.

Get to work and feel free to ask any questions. Plenty of people on this board that are always willing to help and listen. Best of Luck.........

I would recommend cardio along with weights. I know you are currently doing both, but i recommend you work out at least 2 body parts a day if you are trying to cut weight. I would do moderately heavy weight with high reps. Also, I would clean up your diet if not done so already. After you get your workouts and diet rolling i would add in T3 to speed up your metabolism. Research this before you take it though, as well with everything you put into your body. Remember don't get down you can achieve this. Your body is the most amazing thing ever created. You have no limits what you can do with it. Remember Arnold set no limits. He was optimistic and had draw backs like small wrists, but told his body your not stopping here and HE BELIEVED IT! He imagined he biceps as MOUNTAINS. You can do anything you put your mind to. Good luck and keep us updated!

    jayhova16, stuiphippo, pioneer,
thanks I appreciate it the advice that I received from eveyone, and it rings louder than ever do the work, and let it work for me. Hey I'm off to the gym now. I got a hour of intense cardio followed by an hour of heavy high rep lifting.

How to do I shape my lower half, the area that needs the most work!!!! Baby got back, and a storm is brewing with my thunder thighs....I need a quiet storm, most of all I looking for blue skys.

Don't let the gastric bypass fool ya. I can eat a lot just like most fat people, even after I had the lap band placed around my already small stomach (08/05) I can eat I try to stay under 900 calories a day without going over 1500 day. I working on logging so I know not guess what my calories for the day are.

What is everyon's advise on ECA stack or T3. I didn find out that I have a hard time with carbs, and how I react to sugar and how it turns into fat FAST!!!!!!! I just recently bought Gymnema Sykvestre to help with that....that might be my major problem...how to make my body into a fat burning machine.

    Holla if you hear me
