tracking and customs

i just ordering some research chems using tracking . im just wondering does all international mail that comes into the usa go through customs before it is released .? when you use tracking does it say on your tracking when it first enters usa that it is released to customs ?

Yes...all international shipments must pass through customs. You can track your package when it enters the U.S. and when its released through customs.
