What size needle is better??

i have 23 gauge 1" needles and 20 gauge 1.5" needles. Which one is better for injection in the glute?? Using test enanthate ..

20 is huge, unnessesary. in fact I use 25 gage 1" goes nice and slow. ( I use an 18g to draw with)

23 gauge 1.5 for glute is the safest, you want it a little deeper then 1" for glutes.

Get a 19 gauge to draw with.

You dont want to put entire needle in, just in case it breaks, you have some sticking out to grab and pull on, so get some 23g 1.5". Use the 1" for delts, I would recomend 25g 1" for delts though.

if you fill the vial with air and pull hard on the plunger it will draw out it just takes forever. trust me I forgot my 18 gage yesterday so I drew it out with a 25 gage...patience

not the whole thing, maybe 3.5/4 inch in, do u think that would work for the glute??

order the right pins from AR, its not to hard.Buy lots of them and get draw pins.

You need 1.5" for glute, just leaving 1/8" out. You want the oil to go in deep, if it stays by surface you will get oil saturation and end up getting a syst.

1 inch is fine if your bf isn't crazy high. use for thighs as well

I've heard guys talking about bustn a needle. how the hell does this happen? carelessness or?? I never leave some "sticking out"

Yeah i was reading it somewhere and so i always leave alittle out just in case i have to go in and dig it out! but yes its prob just carelessness

I use 25GA x 1" for glutes and legs, and 25GA x 5/8" for delts...ED injects for up to 4 months at a time, no worries. But I draw with 23GA x 1.5"

Its just a good idea,diffrence between going to hospital to get it removed and pulling it out with tweezers yourself.

It can happen more so with higher GA needles. Even 25GA tend to bend, I have seen a guy try the Z-trac method and trapped the pin in, that was scary. Just know that it can happen with adequate shear pressure. This is not an Urban Myth....
