wk 1-8 Deca 200-400 mg
wk 1-6 Dianabol 20-30 mg
wk 1-8 Proviron(Anti-estrogen) 50 mg day
wk 9-11 Clomid, wk 9 100mg, wk 10-11 50mg
Is this a good beginners cycle?

Only if you do not like having sex. Without test, and only deca, your johnson will nevver rise to the occassion.

First cycle standard is 500mgs test. You can jump start with dbol for 4 weeks.

no a good beginners cycle is 10-12 weeks of test e followed by proper PCT. Do a little more research.

to short for deca , too long dbol and needs test but for first cycle it should be a test only cycle dont need much more then that will get great gains

No. You need to add test.

A good first cycle would be:

Dbol wks 1-4
Test E wks 1-11
Deca wks 1-10
Nolva wks1-16

PCT wks 13-16

I disagree, I would not run deca until you see how you do on test. If he is running both for the first time, and gets gyno, how will he know wether it is estrogen or progesterone related.

There is no need to stack on a first cycle, test E alone is sufficient.

test e or c as a first cycle bro, 500mg a week, no need for anything else! Use the first cycle to assess tolerance and see how you react on gear, build on your experience for your second cycle!

Test only is best first cycles imo. If you wanted the dbol, it would be fine for first four weeks to jump start the cycle.

I'd run the test for 10-12 weeks. You'd make TONS of gains off of that. Don't need deca yet.

If i did do This as a first cycle which I'm not now would it had helped me or hurt me?

You are correct. Not sure why i added deca. Am ill! :lol:

For my 1st cycle though i ran test e, EQ and prop.

i agree with most of the ppl here! 1-12 Test @ 500mg and 1-4 dbol @ 30mg ed

In doing first cycle do test only. Test E 500mg for 10 weeks.

test only 500mg weekly will be more than adequate for a begginer cycle!

i'd do test e 500mg wk 1-11 + dbol 35mg ED wk 1-4
