New Cycle Suggestions

I am looking fo some suggestions on a new cycle to start in a few mons. I am 30, 190lbs 10% BF and currently on a Test/Deca cycle now. I have Dianabol and Test E are the easiest for me to come by and would like to here some suggestions regarding dosages and maybe some PCT info. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can I ask how many cycles youve done in the past.......also the cycle you are on.....what are the dosages and length of cycle? IE.......how long are you running the test and deca?
