I think normally it is run twice a week. I know a lot of people who run it every other day which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me unless you are just trying to mellow out another compound (such as prop.) that you are taking that often. Anyone else heard of people running it EOD?

i know people who shoot it ED for the reason you mentioned which is to cut the prop with EQ. other than that theres no real reason to inject it more than twice a week imo.

i thought equi has a really long half life, like 10-14 days
