Testo prop+Win (and Diet)...
...in definition phase(more t3 and Clen )is good?
And Diet ipocaloric....1,5-3 gr of Protein for pounds of bodywegths+50 gr of carbo+zero fat(little in chicken,fish,...) is correct for 5,5 day and
for 1,5 day
20 gr in olio oliva/fat+1,1 gr of Prot/pound bodweigths+3 grams of Carbo in High IG for pound/bodyweigth?

I would go with about 300-400gm of protein a day, 150-200gm of carbs per day and about 30gm of fat from Flaxseed oil , olive oil is OK to, but i would still try to get at least half of my fat from Flaxseed oil. The amounts listed of course would depend on you body weight and body fat % and your goal. For me at a weight of 200 lbs those amounts would be for reducing body fat program and cutting up.
I though i already told you that you probably don't need to use T3 to reach your goals, how advenced are you in the bodybuilding game...how much do you weight, how tall are, how long have you been training and what are you goals...and one more are you Polish? just wondering...XXLSOURCE CHECKS ONLY FOR USERS WITH OVER 100 POSTS.
