eq and prop and endurance training
i currently lift four to five times a week
my job requires i run, swim, etc will these affect me negatively or if used right make me stronger in them as well as my lifting

they'll be fine for you want, that's a very common and effective cycle, look into winstrol at the end, there'll be lots of info to it
