    First Cycle Results; feedback plz

    I'm currently on my 9th week of 125mg PROP EOD. Before I start explaining my results i will go over my diet and routine first.

    22 yrs old 181lbs (to start) and 4 years natural training under my built.

    300-350g protein a day

    5 day a week routine, 1 hour a day at the gym, very "hardcore" like workouts.
    2 days cardio per week (30 minutes jogging with the dog)

    I have been using 200mg/week of DECA along with the prop. The following are my gains.

    Size : Gained 13 pounds
    Strength : Very little noticible strength increase
    Bloat : I think that much of my gain has been due to my LARGE eating habits
    Side effects : None, a little increase acne is weird spots.

    Ill post some pics in afew more weeks of before/after when im finished i just wanted to get some current feedback as to a few quick questions.

    Why have my testicals not receeded?
    Why do I not feel the "HIGH" apparently my friends get off juice?
    Can I get away with PCT with only LETRO if the juice isnt very strong to me?
    Why do I have no increase sex drive?

    Hmmmm, 9 weeks at 22 yrs old, 13lbs.... Could be bunk gear....You eat more and work out hard and you'll grow like that without gear at 22. Do you think your bf has gone up?

    You should notice a definite pump when working out and you should have some strength gains for sure. My strength went nuts on my first cycle of sustanon . I still have some small spider web stretch marks between my upper pec and upper arm (above pit) from growing too fast.

    No the gear isnt bunk. Maybe 400/week isnt high enough for me?

    First cycle? Total caloric intake each day/week? These two things are important in determining if your gains were good. Either way, 13lbs in 9wks is extremely good, don't know many who can achieve that naturally in 9wks without a lot of fat increase.

    Are u sure your gear is good and legit? Unless your calories are low I can't see any other problem...

    positive, my cals are about 4000 i think!

    You think? That is something you just might want to figure out. Also 4K is not high by any means. That is just above my maintainance, try shooting for 5K+ with minimal supps if you are wanting to add mass.

    sounds like a decent wieght gain. the "high" from test, might not hit you like it does your friends. your doses are fine. sounds like you might have been expecting too much. they are no miricles by any means. hell, just look at my avatar. that;s me after 5cycles! LOL BD. hehehe

    I don't, keep in mind 125mg EOD of Prop is less than 500mg/wk of Test, not to mention he probably has a fast metabolism and low bodyfat genetically, so the measly 4K calories (if he is even hitting that much) isn't allowing him to put on adequate weight. If you aren't willing to eat correctly, stay off AAS IMO.
