i have been trying to bulk up for a bit without juice now i just feal im putting on fat. the cardio is starting to kill me.
i wanted to do my first cycle off
wk 1-4 anadrol 100mg 2tabs ed
wk 1-10 deca 2 vils a wk 1mon 1 thurs
wk 1-12 stus/test e 2 amps a wk 1mon 1 thurs
wk 1-16 nolva 10mg ed
wk 14-16 clenb
wk 14-16 clomid
im not really to shure on my pct yetdont really know the doses i should take and for how long?
but my main question is can i still lose body fat if i go on the juice or should i wait?
my traning goes like
mon- chest+tris 40mins cardio
tues- 60mins cardio
wed- back+40 mins cardio
thurs- 60mins cardio
friday-shoulders+bis
sat- legs
sun- off (cheat day for my diet)
do you think i could lose weight but still put somthing on?
my diet is ok i try to have 7 meals but some time only get 6
my diet is
7am meal1- 3 egg wihtes 1 whole egg scrambled 2 brown toast
10am meal2- protine shake with carb powder + 1egg raw
1pm meal3-2 tins of tuna with salad
3.30-4pm meal4- protine shake no carbs no egg
? meal5-poast workout pro shake with carbsand egg
7pm meal6- 2chicken brest with salad
9pm meal7-pro shake no carbs no egg.
any advice would be really apreciated if you cant tell im really new to this.:wg:
