first cycle questions?
i have been trying to bulk up for a bit without juice now i just feal im putting on fat. the cardio is starting to kill me.
i wanted to do my first cycle off
wk 1-4 anadrol 100mg 2tabs ed
wk 1-10 deca 2 vils a wk 1mon 1 thurs
wk 1-12 stus/test e 2 amps a wk 1mon 1 thurs
wk 1-16 nolva 10mg ed
wk 14-16 clenb
wk 14-16 clomid
im not really to shure on my pct yetdont really know the doses i should take and for how long?
but my main question is can i still lose body fat if i go on the juice or should i wait?
my traning goes like
mon- chest+tris 40mins cardio
tues- 60mins cardio
wed- back+40 mins cardio
thurs- 60mins cardio
sun- off (cheat day for my diet)
do you think i could lose weight but still put somthing on?
my diet is ok i try to have 7 meals but some time only get 6
my diet is
7am meal1- 3 egg wihtes 1 whole egg scrambled 2 brown toast
10am meal2- protine shake with carb powder + 1egg raw
1pm meal3-2 tins of tuna with salad
3.30-4pm meal4- protine shake no carbs no egg
? meal5-poast workout pro shake with carbsand egg
7pm meal6- 2chicken brest with salad
9pm meal7-pro shake no carbs no egg.
any advice would be really apreciated if you cant tell im really new to this.

As for this being your frist cycle i would only take 1 tab of anadrol .
1 sus a week is enough since you have anadrol,plus your taking deca too.You never had side -effect so start with that then if your okay then bump them up your next cycle.This is your first you will be more than fine.My first cycle of anadrol at on take was real canadian stuff in 1989,you don't know how powerful this is.As many years went on the side-effect just started to get worse.As for your diet you will need carbs you can't put on size with out carbs.Sweet potato's are great,oatmeal.a bit of fresh fruit for breakfast is why better that toast.Plus you should have a shake for breakfast as you don't have enough protein in that meal.But for every meal have yam,sweet potato,or brown rice 1/3 cup only,or potato.As for the fruit in the morning have 1/2 cupt to 1 cup only.Your days off should be rest only no cardio.On the days you work out try for 30-1 hours the day you work-out.Do you have high body fat?
What is your type of body eco or endo?

first cycle, just stick to test only. You need to see how you react to test first. If you take all 3 and start getting sides, you wont know which one caused them. Drol can have some very harsh sides so definitely dont advise it on a first cycle

yea my body fat is high at the min with it just being xmas i pigged out a bit. will i still lose body fat even tho im jucing. im abit sensertive to carbs aswel so i wanted to keep them down but. i might change the brekfast to
1 sachet off oatmeal with a protine shake would that be ok. do you know alot about dietting. coz i could really use some help with that plz.

for you first cycle i would stick with just test only i wouldnt add another compound, stick with test E, if its your first cycle you will respond great so dont worry about it, take nolva all the way through cycle and pct and start clomid 14 days after last shot of test E, 300mg day 1,100mg next 10 days and 50mg for the following 10 days, you should be fine with that..

i wouldnt restrict your calories while your on a cycle, eat clean but plenty of it, if your not happy with your BF now diet down abit before you start your course, personaly if its really high i wouldnt start until you have reduced it.

i know that they wont fat burn for me. i was just askin will the cardio stop or slow my growth wils on juice. will it do me any wrong or will i be wasting my time?

too much for a first cycle bro .... stick to test only for about 12 weeks ..... u wanna burn fat ??? ...... DIET AND CARDIO are the key along with a good training program
