I am currently stacking with 500 mg test enanthate and 20 mg dbol. I split up the dbol 2 x's a day every 12 hours. I wanted to know if that is a good way to take dbol and should the time i lift affect the time i administer it. Thanks for any help

split them up every 4 hours instead; that's when the life of your dbol is at its highest levels, so ya you should hit the gym within any of those given 4 hour periods after taking it.
the half life of dbol is btwn 4.5 and 6 hours. if you are only poppin 4 pills a day, try to spread them out as evenly as possible. maybe every 5 or 6 hours. the more stable the blood levels the better as far as sides go.
i take them in the am and before training.
try to pop a pill every 4-5 hours
