question about injecting.

How often do i inject testovirn depot and deca bolin?Is it just once a wk?My stack instructions say mgs/a wk for example 500mg/a wk

You could but they're normally shot twice a week or every 3.5 days.

both of them?just spilt dose in half?My test is in single dose ampules.one amp. is what im suposed to take a wk then move up to two.

Pyramiding is out of date and pointless. If you're planning on taking 2 in a couple weeks just start at 2. It will keep blood levels more stable.
So yes, deca /test mon and deca/test thurs for example.
What's your cycle look like?

Really they told me go w/ 250 for like 4 or 5 wks then go to 500 for like 2 or 3 wks.I bought the beginners stong cycle from which includes d-bol,test,and deca all getting stronger dose as time goes on.Its my first stack ever.

test at 250 for 2 weeks than 500 for 4 wks,than deca at 200 for 5 wks, 400 for 2,and back to 200 for 1. Dbol at 20 for 2 wks,30 for 1,40 for 2,back to 20 for one

dos it say 50 100 200 or 250mg per ml on the ampuls if it say 1oomg per ml it enoughf wid 2 ampuls a week of both 4oo mg
