The day after my first stick

Hey everyone. Ok so lastnight I stuck myself with Test. I only injected 275mgs. I am going to inject the other 275mgs on thursday or friday. Tonight I worked my arms. Now granted I included 2 more exercises I don't normally do but I am sooooooo sore. My arms felt nice and tight like they should, but I was seriously sore. It felt like It was my first time lifting. Is this normal when you first go on a cycle or maybe it could just be b/c I added 2 more Arm exercises to my workout?

Here is what I am doing if this helps
Again I started Yesterday:

550mgs weekly of Test QV
50mgs a day of dbol for 4 wks (3 in the am/4 @ lunch/3 one hr b4 gym)
20mgs of NOLV
(I been doing this for 1 wk now) 1000 b-12 injectable 1 time a day everyday


I am 25 yrs old.
215lbs
body fat unknown since I do not know how to calculate that.

Been working out for about 6 yrs now. Really got heavy into it after I got out of my 4 yr Army enlistment.

think about it..you are working yourself harder than normal of course you will be sore...the test hasnt started kicking in after your first shot...give it some time then your recovery times will be awesome compared to natural

ur arms are prolly sore from all the blood rushing into ur muscles from the dbol or because ur routine for arms is not that great and ur overtraining...should be doing no more then 6 sets if ur going for mass..stick to the basics..

i like the cycle especially if its your first...except id drop the dbol to 30-40mg/ed but many people might suggest otherwise and you are smart by splitting up the doses bi-weekly if its a single estered test (e/c) prop and sust should be injected ed or eod for best results

thanks for the reply.
I do anywhere between 8-10 reps consisting of 3 sets. I also do a weight that is comfortable. depending on the exercise I am doing I might go up 5lbs on the 2nd set and another 5 lbs on top of the 3rd.... Any suggestions with that?

Single ester = Test Cypinate, Enantate. The half-life is longer, so bi-weekly is fine.

Sustanon, prop has a shorter half-life esters in it and need to be injected more often.

ED= Everyday
EOD= Every other day
