    Angry not gaining any weight!!!!

    im on my test e deca cycle now for 6weeks... and ive only gained like 5 pounds..
    i do see some definition and a little more strenght, but thats it.. my test box says ethanate 250 and my deca 200...
    im taking:
    500mg test per week
    400mg deca per week
    so in other words correct me if im wrong
    on monday, i will take 2cc's of deca 200x2=400 and 1cc of test e 250
    then on thurs i take my other cc of test to make it 500. am i doing this wrong or is my gear crap.

    Depending on how much body fat you started with you could very well be dropping fat and adding muscle , hence why you dont see the diffrence on the scale.

    im 21 190lbs and like 13 or 14% havent checked in a while. although i admit im not eating as much as i should. im eating like 1500-2000 cal per day.

    not positive but it came sealed and its from a vet in southeast mex. the brand for my deca is brovel and the test is quality vet

    DUDE 1500-2000 kcals ED?

    My grandma eats more than that,but no seriously I weigh about 180 to maintain i eat roughly 2500kcals ed. how do u expect to gain with such a caloric defacit?

    Ok well if your gear is real, you would be eating like a mother ****er because most(im not sure about all but what your taking would) make you hungry as ****, so its not enough calories for sure, then fake gear possibly

    1500-2000?? I took in more than 1500 on my cutting diet. You need to be taking in somewhere in the 4000-5000 range. As far as "how the hell am i going to find 4500 cal a day..simple

    take a look at my new bulker..

    1. 1 1/2 cup oats, 12 egg whites
    2. 2 large potatoes, 2 chicken breasts
    3. 1 large can tuna/ mayo
    4. 10-12 egg whites/ 3 yams
    5. pwo 50g whey 100g dextrose
    6. ppwo 2 chicken breasts 2 cups brown rice, 2 sweet potatoes
    7. lean meat 3 tbspoon natty pb
    8. 2 scoops whey 2 tbspoon flax

    Thats EASILY 5,000 CLEAN calories

    Edit: Its actually 6300..so there you go

    Wow, I'm cutting right now and I get around 2000 calories a day....up your cals bro, simple answer right there. Go to the diet forum and read the stickies.

    try eating 2 scoops of whey protein mixed with 2 cups of raw oatmeal and 3 cups of nonfat milk along with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter every three hours. thats all quality calories, and would definately help you bulk. the protein powder would be about 300 cal, 40 grams protein, the oatmeal would be about 500 calories, 15 grams of protein and 90-100 grams complex carbs. the penut butter would add another 350 calories, and the milk would be 270 calories, and 27 grams of protein. thats 1420 calories a meal, and if you eat that average 6 times a day, then thats 8520 calories, 600 grams complex carbs, and 492 grams of protein a day.

    Try to eat as many good, clean, solid meals as you can, and add in some supplement shakes to add some more calories. Mix in some oatmeal and peanut butter with your shakes to add calories. 1500-2000 is way too low to be trying to put on mass.

    You need to feed the gear bro. Give your body something to work with. The testosterone needs protein to synthesize.

    Sorry, but you should know this before you even started. I try and get in 7 meals which isnt hard , aiming for 500cal each meal. Thats gives me a total of 3,500 cal's for the day. If i can do it at 5'6, so can you.

    You are not eating NEAR enough food man.. id be tryin to get 250-350 mg of protien a day half shakes half food, 4500-5000 cals a day, lots of complex carbs, yams ect..

    I guess that is true . For some reason i see it now as an insult but don't know why. I just feel like i put so much time into researching. Then i have someone just walk by and stick themselves and ask questions later. I can't get it through my head how someone could inject a foreign liquid straight into your body and not understand it. Then he gets gyno and comes running back here......................................
