I am doing 500mg of Test 250 (two injections a week) for 3 months, I am also doing 40mg of D-bol for two months, then a good PCT towards the end. So Hopefully I get some good gains off this cycle, I know some people do D-bol for only one month, but I decided to do it for two (I am taking Milk Thistle too). My diet is very strict, and I will be doing cardio no more than two times a week...So Hopefully it all works out.
Should see some real good gains off of that for your first cycle. I would guess that you will be noticing stength gains and increased weight by the end of this week to earily next week.
You are right, you will probably get some feedback on the using the dbol for 8 weeks. IMO that is the longest you should ever go on any oral. You are doing the right thing with the milk thistle. You might want to take the dbol down to 6 weeks, by that time your test should be kicking in really nice and you shouldn't need it and you can save some d bol to front load next cycle.
True, I mean it's not to late to change it to six weeks any ways...I might do that.
Why 8 weeks? There is a reason people use it for only 4 weeks.

I usually use orals for 4-6 weeks. For your first cycle, I would say to stick with four. You will get plenty of gains from that, but I wouldn't go anything over 6 weeks. Just my opinion.
Your pushing the bar man. I feel that first cycle's should normally be only test(500mg). Thats just to be on the safe side to see how your body reacts. Babysteps man.Quote:

I understand....well I decided to stick with the 500mg of Test, and I'm doing 4 weeks of D-bol at 40mg. Should be a good cylce imo.
