Well,
I am trying to get back into shape after a motorcycle accident. What type of beginning stack should I use?
I have been training for over 5 yrs.
Age:30
height:5ft.7in.
Weight: 200lbs (20lb gain of fat due to injury eating to keep up the he****g process and vicaidon)
Haven't trained since June of 2005.
