Winstrol/Off day Question

Hey,

I am currently doing a oral winstrol cycle and cycling clen on and off. I plan on doing this cycle for about 6-8 weeks.

My question is I workout 6 days a week and take 50mg of winstrol on the days i workout. Is there any benefit or loss not taking it the day I dont work out.

I have finished 2 weeks so far (of winstrol) and not bad result. Looks like I have cut a few pounds and my muscles look hard (I have been dieting really hard).

i recently asked some advice on my cycle and i was told to take winstrol from week 5 to 10 of my cycle because its very hard on your liver.
week 1-10 deca 200 mg
week 5-10 winstrol tabs 50 mg ed
clomid at the end ofcourse. i think i will add some test but back to your ques yes take it everyday just not for 8 weeks. i have yet to do a cycle but from what i read 6-8 weeks of an oral is not good bro.just my 2 cents.ps i think i read somewhere that winni has a half life of 8-10 hrs so you should take it ed once in the morning and once before you workout.

like ted said it is 17 alk and it will tax your liver a good bit i wouldnt take it more then 5 weeks,load up on the milk thistle aswell .take it every day and split tehpills up in half morning/night to keep proper blood concentration levels stable.

But your body is building the muscles when you aren't working out. (Resting, sleeping, off days, etc.) Take it every day.

I am going to start using ALA to help my liver out. I am also eatting a lot of veggies to clean my system.

I think I will use it max 5 - 6 weeks.

Do you think this is a good plan.

I would take 1000mgs of the Ala every day too!
