    new to the roid game

    I just got my 2 bottles of 250mg of test e and was wondering what dose i should start with

    im 185 and wanna c 240 i work out everyday (hard) was told 1cc a week is this right i dont wanna stack it with anything
    im not at that stage in the game yet

    do 400-500mg a week split into 2 shots(ex.250mg mondays 250mg thursdays) make sure you have nolva on hand and clomid for pct.

    No, 1cc will not be enough. Do 1cc, twice a week. That will be 500mg/wk for ten weeks. That is a good first cycle. 250mg/wk would be dissapointing. Good luck.

    im 23 6'4 185 pounds
    ive been working out for about 3 mos and get nothing
    im in real good shape and play hockey/rugby and bball

    my buddy who i work out with got me this stuff from one of his friends


    from you pro's out there i was wondering with only using test what can i look for in muscle mass in one cycle

    is it safe to take 2cc's a week?

    you've only been working out 3 months dude. Do NOT do steroids right now. You are way to uneducated and way too small. Train seriously for at least 2 to 3 years and put on some mass naturally. Not to burst your bubble, but everyone here will agree that you're not ready for steroids. You need to get on a good bulking diet and get your training right.

    bro.......stick around here a while do some research,there is alot to learn here.You dont want to start sticking yourself with something you have no idea about.Get a good training routine and proper diet.Research test e learn about the sides,ect.also research pct.

    3 tuna sands a day
    1 and 1/2 chickens a day (why chicken everyday)
    salad at supper
    veggies all day
    protiene shakes 2wice a day
    it seems like every hour i got somthin ready to eat

    oh and it is a 2 1/2 hour workout everyday except sunday its only 1 hard our of cardio

    4 straight days of training is something i wouldnt recommend. Try this

    Day 1: Chest
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: OFF
    Day 4: Shoulders/tris
    Day 5: Back/bis
    Day 6: OFF
    Day 7: Repeat

    i want to do this and thats why i found this web site to help me learn everything i need to know from people who have actually used test e

    i want to get pointers from the pro's sorta speak
    ive looked up test e on the net and alls i find doesnt help me

    the info i want is whats the best way to see results (fast) is it better to lift heavy hard or lighter and fast i know i got a good fitness system working cause my body sure feels it
    what should i be eating (the best diet thats worked for you guys)
    should i take a day off from training (does this effect)

    any help you pro's can give would be awsome i know i shouldnt take steroids and everyones told me that but imn sure people told you guys that before you started
    i just want to get my mass up and so far i havnt been able to do that i cant break the 185 mark nor can i loose any i need a boost and herd that test e is a good way to get the boost im after i hate being that skiny 6'4 dude i wanna be that wholy $$$$ look at that monster!!!!

    do you have to take days off of training to let the muscle heal or can you go 7 days at a lighter weight?

    you sound absolutely clueless as to what you are doing. As for the guy telling you to stay away from carbs, that is absolutely rediculous. If you want to put some mass on, start eating carbs. Check out the diet sticky in the diet forum. Everyone here is going to tell you the same thing I have been, "STAY AWAY FROM STEROIDS FOR NOW"

    Train maximum intensity, maximum weight, 3-5 times a week. You can't train everyday.

    Carbs are 100% essential for growth. Your friend is a fool, I'm sorry. You would only stay away from carbs if you were trying to lose weight!

    You should aim to eat 5-6 meals a day consisting of meat, and a carb source, such as wholewheat bread, brown rice, couscous, potato's etc.

    Have a protein shake as soon as you wake in the morning, to prevent catabolism, and a large protein shake pre and post work out, with dextrose (sugar) in the post work out shake for an insulin spike.

    Also look at including cottage cheese and/or casein protein just before bed, for it is slow releasing and very beneficial while you sleep.

    Add flax seed oil to your diet aswell, you can buy this at a health food store.

    You should consume 3L of water (1 gallon I think) at least, everyday.
    Drink a lot of milk. You are small and require the calories desperately.

    Food is the key to growth. Once you've gained some weight, after tuning your diet, then gear up.

    Train hard, eat hard, sleep well, and you'll see results.

    Hey bro, good advise from the other members so far. Take what they're saying to heart, they have been where your at...we all have. Look at your new test you received as that gift on christmas you get...you want to open it now, but the right time to do it is christmas..and the suspense of waiting is always worth it. Try to beef up your diet, you really need to get that in check before you add a compound such as testosterone enanthate to the equation. Make sure your aiming at minimal 4,000 calories a day. At 6'4 and 185 it's not going to kill you to have carbs, in fact I encourage it. It appears that you're a "hard gainer" which means sometimes you need even some dirty calories to help you grow after you've maxed out on the clean calories. Eat like a horse.

    as far as a beginer cycle, once you have your diet in check.. the guys earlier were right. 1cc (250mg) monday and 1cc (250mg) thursdays..alternating muscle sites. Nolvadex is available on this web site, in liquid form, it will help prevent gyno *aka bitchtits* which steroids can cause. PCT stands for Post Cycle Therapy , it was restores your natural test levels and also helps you keep your gains..for this you will want to use a product known as Clomid. Read up on all 3 of these compounds allot longer before you try them.

    Where are your carbs? you should try to have a 2-1 ratio of carbs/protein. You have the protein now add carbs.

    If you do not know to eat carbs to gain weight, there is no way in hell you should start juicing. You came her for advice on your cycle. the concensus is DONT do it! You are talking to tons of knowledgeable dudes who have all kinds of experience with steroids ....not ppl that try to preach about how bad roids are for you. That should give you that much more reason to listen to us. Nobody here cares if you do roids or not, all we ask is that you educate yourself before you jump into something like this. You are messing with your bodies chemistry in a MAJOR way, and it is VERY easy to do yourself more bad then good with them! Trust. Steroids arent the key to reaching your goals, dedication is! Get that down first. You came for advice, now do yourself a HUGE favor and take it.

    Honestly, I wouldn't even bother choosing "quality carbs" lice brown rice, wheat bread, ect. You need to put on weight NOW. I sugest eating anything and everything in sight. Always have ice cream on hand as it can be consumed by the pound without upsetting your stomach. If you're not sitting on the toilet 4 times a day, then you're not eating enough. CUT BACK ON THE CARDIO. There's no need to run so much if you're looking to go from 185 to 240. Jesus man, I havn't seen 185 since I was in high school, and I'm only 5'10". Get a weight gainer shake! Switch it out with your pro shake.

    Above all, put your gear in a lock box and bury it in your backyard and only dig it up when you're at least 220. Right now it is a HUGE waste for you to gear up.

    why are you doing cardio when you're that skinny? Do you deadlift, and squat? How many calories are you eating per day, every day. How much protien?

    your very under weight at 185 to start juicing espically since youve only been lifting for 3 months.
