what if you just ended a cycle of test e or c and a month after your last shot you started up again. Would it still take another 4-5wks to kick in or would your body respond to it faster?

Bad idea. not only will it take 4-5 weeks to kick in, but you would be putting your body on a roller coaster I am sure it would not appreciate. If you want to try something like that, stick to short acting esters and short cycles. IE 4 wks on 4 wks off.
