Never Aspirated since '98 and still going strong... My Nurse Practitioner who gives me shots doesnt either so who knows. But since all these thousands of bodybuilders are dropping dead due to anabolisims due to not aspirating I say go ahead....

Aspiration is part of proper injection procedure. At some point it is plausable that you could inject into a vein. This is not very common but it could and occasionally does happen. It only takes a second to aspirate . Why risk a coughing fit from hell.

bro, its very important to aspirate . why take any unnecesary risks? btw, you aspirate by pulling back on the plunger of the syringe once you've stuck it in. if any blood enters the syringe then you need to pull out and stick it somewhere else, if a few air bubbles enter the syringe then you're good to go.
