Newbie Needs Help?

I was wondering if anyone could reccomend to me the exact steroids and doses as well as any other supplements which should be taken for a first cycle? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a begginer and this would be my first cycle however I do prefer injections.

Do you reccomend novice cycle one without the d-bol? Leaving everything else the same? What about nolvadex does it work?
