    Newbie need help

    I am a 23yr old 5' 9" 215 pound fat ass (27% body fat) and need major help.

    I used to be a very active lifter in high school but after graduation I got fat and lazy and now I'm sick of it.

    I have decided to go to school now for law enforcment and need to get in shape. I have taken the first step and joined a gym and have set up a great lifting program but have no Idea what I should be doing for fast fat burning cardio. I also am interested in starting on some supplements legal/illegal but don't know what to take for a newbie. I am on a good multi- vitamin and am currently taking Ripped Fuel Fat burner but doesn't seem to do shit.
    I also would like some diet advise as well.

    P.s. If the illegal stuff is the right stuff how can one obtain this without getting caught....hypothetically speaking of course.

    welcome to the board.

    If you want to burn fat, that comes down to diet and cardio, not drugs. Check out the diet and training forums, lots of good info in there. Here's an example of a good cutting diet

    Couldnt have put it better myself.

    Losing the unwanted fat will make the other AS more effective also. As stated above, diet and cardio cannot be beaten.

    That is an GREAT diet explenation! That is gonna help and it's so F'ing simple!
    But I still need a good bigginers Cardio ruitine.

    I wasn't looking for a miricle drug either I just want to know what's out there that will help boost my progress and results.

    in addition to cardio, epedrine works pretty well

    Not going for 2+ yrs. I also said hypothetally speaking...lol.

    I used ephedrine in high school and couldn't stand the heart palpatations. they got really bad after a while and continued for like a month after I stopped using.

    What do you think of Triacana ? I've read alittle about it but don't know if that's a good Idea for a rookie... Any other legal alternatives? Like you said I'd prefer the legal stuff.

    Try this for a beginner cardio routine. You may need to adjust the speeds a little bit, but it should be a good starting point.
