i saw the anavar faq and i thought it was a decent read, however...if the recommended dose to keep cholesterol down, and good cholesterol up is to take 400 to 800 IU of Vitamin E, and 1,000 to 2,000 mg. of Vitamin C with each meal, and most of us eat at least 6 meals a day, should we really take that much? for some people vitamin C gives people the shits too...any advice?
