Thanks for the reply. I actually did do that. I was looking for a thread that dealt with the first cycle of Deca by members. Basic stuff....how much ..how long---basic stuff.

well you could always go the the profiles page, and read mr. roberts profiles, they are very good, probally better to do that, then just scan through pages.
