i just got a free vitamin b12 30 ml 1000mcg/ml from arr. im not on a cycle any time soon. is there any use of taking it?

It's a vitamin.It won't hurt to run 500 mcgs ED.

what are the benefits....because poking everyday might hurt the skin a bit

i inject 1000mcgs ed on or off cycle. great for stimulating appetite, increase energy, great anti-oxident. how'd you get a free bottle? God bless ar-r ...

It doesn't really do anything, unless you're deficient, cutting juice, or learning how to inject.

Some claim to have increase in appetite and alertness. Haven't used it long enough to give my opinion on it though.

I like shooting B-12 with my winny.... It's a new thing that I just started, but it makes the injections less painful, IMO.

ITS F'n AMAZING for my Girlfriend who is anemic but for a normal person.. LOL not worth it.. though i have seen better veins w/it when OFF CYCLE due to INCREASE RBC but other than that its just a great Cutter to make prop and tren not hurt

I'm using it with. 1000mcg B12 ED along with 100mg test prop. My prop dosen't hurt because I made it myself and didn't put much BA in to make it hurt much. IMO, I like it. I've been shooting the B12 for almost 3 weeks before the prop and have noticed an increase in appetite. I think it's best left for personal decisions. Try it and if you don't like it, then don't use it again.

I have no other use for it. It is Pharm grade b-12 that I bought for $5 at the pharmacy for a 10mL bottle...
I bought it because of the 2mg B.A. content in it.
I mix it because the winny is UGL, and I like the 2mg B.A. that gets added to the winny with the B-12

That is the only use I have for it.
