help! should i take clen?
Im 18 years old and im trying to get rid of a stone and a half. im 9.5 stone, the heaviest ive ever been, im trying to get back down to 8stone, my friend recomended me clenbuterol and ive been taking it since 11th jan 06, is it dangerous? Im hearing that it messes up your insides??

im taking 3 tablets a day, i think the makes called volotase or summat, i am shaking and my hearts goin nineteen to the dozen, im drinkin 1.5 litres of water a day, where can i get taurine and potassium from??

3 tabs a day doesnt tell use much, are they 20mcg? Most are 20, but I have seen 40mcg. Also, dont take them after lunch or you might not get as good as sleep.

yea just go for 2 weeks, and dont go much higher then 80-100mcg a day, if that.. you can buy melatonin from any pharmacy, and it should help you sleep fine.. just pop one or two 30-45 min before you plan on going to sleep

Whats the mcg per tablet? What does your diet look like? Clen can be very taxing on the heart. Just be careful in what dose you increase to, if you do and don't take directly before cardio.

clen is pretty bad for your heart, but i really couldn't care less. clen is absolutely essential for pct, cause it makes you keep much more of your gains, i will always use it during pct.
