I dont think anyone can help me on this one but its always worth asking.
My #1 enemy right now seems to be my appitite, its just never enough to compensate for my gains. So far I've tried adding EQ the past couple weeks at 400mg a week, and nothing!, for this week, i bumped it up to 600mg this week and still nothing so far, I've heard anything over that is overkill with EQ. I actually also take adderall which kills appitite so my doctor prescibed me an appitite stimulant and even that doesn't really help except for right after you take it, i've read B12 helps, this is the only thing i haven't tried, any suggestions?
