    Shoot once or twice a week?

    Okay i have two questions. First i got some stuff called testerone 4-LA anybody heard of it? Someone said its supposed to be better than super test 250. My next question is: This is just my second cycle and i'm taking 1ml of the test 4-LA with 1ML deca animal power twice a week for a 5 week cycle. Is this stupid? Should i be taking it once a week for a 10 week cycle? Or is going to make a big difference?

    twice a week is typically better for maintaining more even blood levels, even with mixed esters
