how to not hurt

what do you do to not hurt the next day from taking shots. im a newbie taht just started and it hurt real bad for 2days after i shot up. im on test 500 and shoot in my ass check.feels like a bruse and hurts when i walk.

Massaging the injection spot might help a little. Other than that I think this is just something that you have to learn to live with.

warm up the oil in a hot water bath .... massage the area afterwards ... i personally like to use a heating pad

Any of these suggestions may help, but don't count on it working every time. You will have some painful injections. Shouldn't be anything that you can't handle though.

I just live with the shit....i couldnt walk for like 3 days after using what I thought was motor oil.

pain can be caused by a few things; high BA in the gear, dirty gear, ingecting to fast, moveing the needel around while injecting and so on.
you could try; put the bottle of gear in to a hot glass of water, have a hot shower to relax the muscle,suck up the gear into syringe and inject, then message the injection site for a few minutes to help disipate the oil in the muscle. If you are injecting prop you can add sterial oil or b-12 to your injection. that will "cut down" the BA % in the injection
