my first cycle was test blend 400 @160 mgs e3d. towards the end i used equi 250 @600 mgs a week. i didn't really know what i was doing, but i gained pretty well off it. cycle # 2 kinda sucked, and #3,4 were horrible. #5 was the bomb though.
