Newbie w/ questions
This is my first time on here and it seems like a lot of good advise is given so i registered. I am 27 years old, 6', 184lbs. I want to shed some cushioning i have and start to get back into shape and have definition and have thought about roids' for a while. I have taken Clembutrex and ParaDeca from VPX sports before and had good results, not sure if they are considered real steroids or not. My goal is to lose that fat i am carrying and then work on bulking up after i have some definition. What should i take to start getting some definition, and how does one know if the stuff they order online is real? like winstrol ? Any advise is appreciated. thanks

A good diet is the key to lose that fat, and cardio. How long have you been training for?

Diet and cardio help, but they haven't gotten me really lean. I have always been more of a sprinter then a long distance runner. I have always had a little cushioning since i was a teen, even through track, baseball and football. Im not overweight or anything being ~180 lbs & 6', but i want to get a shredded look and drop about 10 - 15 lbs in time for spring.

Bro, you dont need to loose much
IMO. A little strict diet and AM
cardio will get you what you want.
Pretty quickly if u ask me..
Learning the "long distance" is easy.
Mind over matter, cut the junk
and set a goal. Those girls will want
a ride in the c6 in no time
