Newbie that knows nothin!!!
Hey everyone i'm a newbie to the entire style, and have a few questions on the smartest and best way to get to where i want to be. I'm 23 and starting a new career in television and need a "TV" body. Im 5'7 228. and havent had a decent body for about 4 or 5 years know. Bascicly my goal is to get the highschool body (ie, abs pecs arm cuts ect.) back as fast as i can. Hence i do have some freinds that have done cylces but they were cut befor and it was more for a bulking than anything else, so i thought i would goto the "pros" and see what yall had to say. Any suggestions on cycles and types would be awesome and advice is critical. Also i found this company trough a google search called pharmaeurope.com, is this a good one or not?
