    First Cycle, comments/suggestions?

    I was planning on running my first cycle coming up in about a month,

    Weeks 1-15 Test E @500 mg/week

    Weeks 16-17
    Nolva @ 30mg/day
    Clomid @ 75mg/day

    Weeks 17-18
    Nolva @ 20mg/day
    Clomid @ 50mg/day

    I will have my Pct on hand so if needed I can have the Nolva in case of Gyno flare.

    Stats:
    Age: 22
    Weight: ~220
    Bench: 370-380
    Squat: 415
    Lifting Experience: 2 years learnin/ 4 years serious (6 total years)
    Diet:3-4,000 Calories about 250 grams protein a day mostly from chicken, carbs mainly form brown rice and yams.

    Any suggestions or comments? Does it sound like I'm ready for this cycle or should I hold off awhile?

    That would work. You prolly should add some protein shakes just to flood yourself with aminos during the cycle. BTW nice benching bro

    Ok thanks man, I have about 3 weeks- month till I start so I will get some more protein I like Optimums Gold Standard so I think I will stick to that.

    I kickstarted my first one with some dbol .. you could throw that in there if you wanted....give you a bit of a quick boost...

    I suppose your right....It depends on ones goals..., although adding a small dose like that should be fine.. On My first four weeks I ran 40/ed dbol , then drol 100/ed for the last 4.. And that was my first cycle...But again, depends on each individual...

    Thanks for the help guys I've decided to use your reccomendations for PCT Iron so thanks, and also to drop the D-bol till a later cycle, just sticken with Test E the first time to see how I react. Also I've heard that adding Nolva in a cycle can deminish results but I have also heard that it doesn't just wondering what the consensus on that was, just want all the info before, thanks guys.

    i dont know about the nolva, but what i do know is that i would rather my gains be hindered then getting gyno.

    there was a thread a week or so ago and the guy posted a pic of his gyno. I went and threw up after that..... run the nolva

    Here was my first cycle;

    Weeks 1-4: Dbol 25mg/day
    Weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg/week
    research on nolva, how much you should be taking and what you should up it to if symptoms arise

    PCT (2 weeks after last injection)
    Clomid - 300 mg Day 1
    100 mg day 2-11
    50 mg day 12-21
    Nolvadex - 25 mg ed

    IMO you'll need to increase your cals and protein intake during and after your cycle. protein should be around 330 grams/day or more at your weight.
