This will be my 2nd cycle...
I'm planong to run it as follow..
Goals : hard gain and go down 2% body fat.
Diet will be clean , round the 2000 Kcal.
1-4 Susta 500 mg \wk
1-4 Anavar 20 mg\ed
1-5 Trenabol acetat 75 mg \eod
4-6 D-bol 30 mg\ed
3-8 T4 150 mcg\ed
Thats a bit of a mess, why are you running it like that. You will need at least 10 weeks of sus, run the tren for 8-10 weeks, Why the dbol if this is a cuuting stack? And 20mg of Anavar wont do much of anything.Quote:

i did some changes to the cycle.. not sure about it !
1-8 Sustanon 500mg\wk goes up to 750mg\wk in the 4-8.
1-4 Anavar starting 20mg\ed and increasing the dose by 20mg every week(by week 4 dose is 80mg)
1-4 Tren A 75mg\eod
4-8 T3 (well be run like this 50-75-100-75-50-25 mcg)
4-8 Clen 80mcg\ed
Guy's im just looking to put lean hard muscle not lookin for over all size.
Protein intake will be round the 200 g day, carb in the 60g for its maximum.
