I can't take a crap!

I'm having a hard time using the restroom to take a dump. My stomach feels hard too. Would you guys recommend taking some x-lax? I hope I wasn't sick in posting this. Any help will be appreciated.

Exlax for now, FIBER for the future bro. You must be eating a shitload of Protien and no Fiber. I have this problem and MAKE myself take a Fiber supplement. Works like a champ.

I would take a laxative for now and eat a couple sevings of oatmeal. Oatmeal in the morning usually does the trick for me. But DMX has it right. I take a fibre supp. as well on top of the 40-60g I try for a day. Citrucil is what I buy. Give it a wurl and good luck.

Eat 3 whole apples within less than an hour and you should be good to go within a couple of hours (if that)!

I thought that I was the only one that had that reaction to apples. It never fails I eat one and within 30mins it is time.

Apples are FULL of natural fibre and if you load up on 'em they'll really "clear the pipes" fast.

Hey if you , useing glutimine , it has that side , so does a high protien diet !! I take 2 fibercon tablets in the am and stoped the problem ,,I have tryed citrucil , but it gives me heartburn from hell !
