Hey guys, I bought some liquid t3 and liquid clen from ar-r.com, the bottle on both of them says 200mcg per ml, so does anyone know how many mcg's are in 1 pump, or how many pumps does it take to make 1 ml, thanks.

I measured the output of 5 squirts of a T3 pump bottle from Lion Nutrition and found that on average each squirt was about .13ml. At 200mg/ml, this comes out to 26mcg per squirt.
