how many days to keep blood levels stable again? every 3 or 4 days?

Do it Monday morning and Thurday evening at the same hour but one am and one pm.

Example: 7AM monday and 7pm Thursday. That puts your shots at 3.5 days exactly. I don't always follow it, but it's the way to do it if you want to be exact.
