Inject before or after workout??
Ive read on this forum that quite a few guys inject before their workout and even inject into the muscle that will be trained later that day. I've done this myself (quads) and believe the injection site was not as sore the next day. However, I read in a book that you should not inject a muscle that you will be working that day as it may cause tissue damage to the muscle? Injection in a particular muscle should be after its worked and given rest to repair.
My question is; should you inject a muscle that will be worked later in the day, or even the next day?:scratch:
Ive just recently started prop and did a delt injection last week prior to chest workout. My shoulder ached real bad for 2 days after. The other sites just minor...?:1laugh:
