It it's Test E,then yes,it's very well laid out cycle.If it's Cyp,then PCT would start 18-21(controversial) days after last shot.

sounds great for a first cycle
but i would say shoot E4D not M ans Th
every 3.5 days is the half life. so injecting monday mourning and thursday night is ideal!!

What is your age, and what is your BF? At 5'7" and over 220? How is the diet?
It is a smart first cycle if all else is in order. Very smart to start out with one compound, it will help you determine where and at what levels side effects show up if you add another compound later. If you are like me you might get a little annoyed with the 4 weeks it takes to really kick in, but wait until next time to add a kick start IMHO. Get blood work done before and after.

I'm going to be doing an identical cycle, so monday and thursday or every 4 days, which will be more effective?
Most people would say Mon's and Thur's are choice, but e4d is the same thing. Its just that M&T's are easy to follow during the week...
