    Help with my Goal?

    Hello,
Newbie to the forum but I'm just curious if I can get some good advice or tips to get me over the hump I've reached right now.

Currently only take alternative stuff for about a year such as NoX Creatine, Andro Nitrate 4, Amino Fuel, and Protein Shake but I'm not reaching the results I want.

    NOX - 2-3 Scoops Everyday
Protein - 1.5 Grams per LB

    Now:
    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 185 lbs
    Bench: 225/rep

    1-2 Years ago
    Weight: 145 lbs
    Bench: 145/rep

My Goal is to get a bigger chest and reach 215-225 in mass. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, just at a stage where the past two months, my body hasn't changed much. I'm just debating and researching the past month or so if cycling is the next step to help me get over the rut...we'll see

I'm also just looking to be cut and low body fat percent. Would HGH and protein be more of a route since I'm only 21 and only 2 years of lifting exp.?

    Welcome to the board!

Most of the time when ppl hit plateau's in weight,it's because of their diet. Also, this sport takes time. You don't see results over night. It takes years and years of hard work and dedication for ppl to achieve the results they are after.

Post your diet(even though this isn't the correct forum) and let us see what you are eating on a daily basis.

Mid-Afternoon: Two Chicken Breasts or Rotisserie Chicken with no Skin/Salad
    Evening: Protein Shake

Absolutely cut out caffenine, sugar, and low on the carbs. 2 gallons of water a day.

Protein shakes are generally very low in calories.

I suggest you start eating breakfast(10 eggwhites/bowl of oatmeal)

Have a shake before bed,but throw a banana in there.

Loose the subway bullshit and pack a real meal that you can carry with you each day.

Also, you aren't taking in nearly enough carbs.Mid afternoon and dinner have zero cabs, let alone none in your shakes, and none for breakfast.

Fix this and you'll see wieght gains.

good points Pinnacle, I'm definitely going to try that. Just have a crappy stomach for eating breakfast...I normally eat about 2 hours after I wake up, but cereal might be alright.

I'm really looking for quick and better results in general so I'm leaning alot towards cycling maybe once or twice. My major concern is making sure that I keep what I gain, I'm in the gym 6 days a week.

You could very well be over training.6 days is a bit much.Try a 4-5 day split and see if the gains come better.Remember, you grow outside the gym.The more rest, the better.

Ohh...I break it down to different muscle groups alternating...I actually have the 6th day completely dedicated to AB's and I only workout between 1-1.5 hrs. So never the same muscle group 2 days in a row
