i'm on the my second week right now. i also started clean bulking instead of a full blown bulk as i was doing before. you know the kind? "all you can eat" diet. lol
either way, i started at 247lbs, doing cardio from now til week sixteen 4x a week at 30min in the am then i'll change it up to 5x 45 min or so.
