!!!!NEWB on bulking!!!!!!
I am a senior in HS. Highly recruited QB and going to play college ball. I am 6'3" and weigh in between 185-190. I need to put on some weight. I eat alot of food(good food at the right times) and lift regularly. What steroid should I take to put on some muscle to get me around the 200+ lbs range? I am also a top hurdler in the state so I need to take something that wont affect me when I run such as heart problems(heard test will do that). Also I am running at least 2 times a day. Not running a cardio such as 30 mins on a tred mil, I am running a quarter workout(ex.400m,300m,200m,100m) If any one can help me it will be appriciated!!!

i will warn you now if your in high school your about to get flamed with people saying your too young to do AAS, and they are likely right as you are still growing and chances are if you are 6'3/185-190lbs you have not nearly hit your natural limits yet, a good diet, and determination in the gym will get you to 200+ save AAS for later

I would stay natty man, save the juice for once you get there. Most of my friends that went D-1 did that.

just bulk up with good food. lots of it.

alrite thanks alot guys.... ne info on foods? what types of foods how much protein intake and stuff like that?

10- 15 pounds is easily possible using the sample bulks in the diet forum, although you will have to come up with some creative stuff to eat like that during school. i bet you can do this in 3-6 months(maybe quicker) once you get it all together
