AndroGel (testosterone gel) & Oxandrin. How do I add these to a cycle?

I'm currently using 1 packet every day; 1% gel (50MG). It contains 5 grams per unit dose. I also take Oxandrin, 10MG tablets, one tablet twice a day. These were prescribed by my Dr. to assist me with my weight gain, but it seems 10lbs. of body weight has been the most I've been able to achieve with this dosage.

I'd like to do another cycle. I'm 35, 6'1", 158lbs. I've done several since the age of 18, but none since on these two prescriptions.

Should I add these to a cycle, or taper off these, then start a cycle?

Also, if I've taken cycles before, should I still consider a Novice Cycle I, II, or III? Or could I move on to an Intermediate Cycle?
